- Allfields on the cover page must be completed.
- Thedocument needs to be properly paged.
Yourfinal project must be authentic and individual.Any work that has been plagiarized or papers written by others orwith the help of others are likely to be failed. If this occurs forthe second time, you will not be permitted to obtain your degree.
Beaware that you are permitted a maximum of two submissions persubject. If both projects do not meet the standards and fail, thestudent must pay the corresponding fee to be evaluated again.
Whenwriting your final project please use Microsoft Office, Adobe orApache’s Open Office Writer tools (DOC, DOCX, ODT, PDF, etc.). Pleaseconsult your tutor when using a different format. Additionalinformation about the software will be needed.

Theproject should not exceed more than 18 pages, excluding the coverpage, bibliography and the appendix.
EvaluationGuidelines
Thefinal work will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Acquiredknowledge (25%):the knowledge acquired throughout the course of the subject will beevaluated through the analysis of the theoretical data shown in theproject presented by the student.
- Developmentof the Subject (25 %):the interpretation of the thesis subject by the student and itsdevelopment will be evaluated in a coherent and analytical manner.
- Finalresult (25%):the final evaluation is based on coherent solutions applied to solveobjectives set out in the paper. The presentation must be conclusiveand formatting must meet established parameters.
- Additionalinformation and bibliography (25%):additional information regarding the research and subject matterwill be evaluated and taken into consideration as a bonus. Thisconsist of: bibliography, visual graphics, charts, independentstudies carried out by the student, external academic sources,articles of opinion, etc. Allsources, both printed and online, must be referenced according tothe APA regulations.
BACKGROUND
Thefinal work of NLP allows the student to apply all the knowledgeacquired during the course, in addition to expanding andconsolidating the information.
Thesubjects to work are of free choice, depending on the needs of eachstudent and the chosen cases. It is important that this work is ofmaximum utility, so the subject must be chosen thoroughly to beenriching and profitable for the personal and/or professional life ofthe student.
DEVELOP
- Choiceof subject/topic: Detecta real situation in which you are insecure, have a sense of blockageor inability to manage or cope with it normally. A situation inwhich you want to improve your current state and produce a positivechange to improve it is also valid.
- Theorientation of the work is internal, that is to say, the student isat the same time the guide and the explorer.
- Choosea topic to address among the following:
- Communication
- Leadership
- Achievementof objectives in the workplace
- Conflict management
- Scared of speaking inpublic
- Work stress
Each ofthese concepts is very extensive, and encompasses a wide range ofpossibilities, it is essential that the chosen problem is related toone of these topics.
- Justifyin detail the reasons for the election.
- Define the problem
- Makea theoretical approach to the topic you have chosen.
- Definethe Present State (PS) and the Desired State (DS): Youmust briefly define in a visual way the Present State or ProblemState and the Desired State.
- Definethe goals:
- Formulatea main goal and three secondary goals:It is time to operationalize the problem and define the goals youwant to achieve.
- Elaboratea table with the POPSERS strategies:Once you have formulated the goals, make sure they are optimal withthe help of this tool, which you can find in Module 2. Elaborate atable and solve all the questions that are posed in each one of theitems (Positive, Own Part, Specificity, Evidence, Resources, Size).
- Casestudy: You mustcarry out the intervention through the techniques learned during thecourse in practical sessions. In the resolution of the case it mustbe seen how the desired state has been reached, in an orderly,coherent way, step by step.
- Chooseat least 4 NLP techniques:

- ActionPlan: design anaction plan to achieve the objectives you have set, defining:
