Please use only the Porter 5 Forces article as your framework(i.e. no other frameworks from this or other classes). Take the perspective of a potential new entrant to the safari tour operator industry. In other words, you are considering competing against Extraordinary Journeys and the other industry incumbents.

I highly recommend reading the 5 forces article carefully to find some of the more interesting and advanced factors such as threat from vertical integration from buyers or suppliers.
