Choose one of the following two assignments to complete this week. Donot do both assignments. Identify your assignment choice in the titleof your submission.

Option #1: Service Based Project

For this assignment, you will prepare a series of project artifacts for a service-based project of your choosing.

Your final submission will include the final version of variouselements prepared earlier in Modules 2, 4 and 6 to include but notlimited to the following project elements.

Final version of content from Module 2 Milestone;

• Project Statement of Work (SOW)
• Business case
• Project Charter
• Stakeholder Register.

Final version of content from Module 4 Milestone;

• Work Breakdown Structure and Work Breakdown Structure Dictionary
• Gannt Chart

Final version of content from Module 6 Milestone;

• Communications Plan
• Stakeholder Analysis

Additionally, with Module 8, you will finalize your Capstone Project by adding the following elements.

• Executive Summary—to appear after your cover page and prior to the elements from Module 2 Milestone,
• Risk Management Plan, and
• Earned Value Management Plan.

These professional artifacts should be written as if you were theproject manager working on the project. Your work should not explainproject management concepts or principals except to clarify any terms orissues as you deem necessary.

Specifications:

• APA Style.
• Each element should be in final form and no longer than 4 pages, not including title page, references, or appendices.
• You should have used at least 7 appropriate sources in yourmilestones 2, 3 and 6 to this point. To that total, add 3 new sources tojustify your assertions. Those 3 new sources must come from PMI’swebsite (PMI.com), or a current, peer-reviewed, scholarly resource.

Option #2: International Based Project
