1. Include a section in your project that identifies internal and external factors that could negatively affect the implementation of the new system (e.g., resource constraints, technology limitations, interoperability restrictions, etc.).
   Create a matrix or table that identifies and analyzes 8 to 12 factors that might have an impact on implementing the new system. The matrix or table should include the following columns:
   • Factor name
   • Description
   • Impact on department(s)
   • Impact on budget
   • Impact on schedule
   • Solutions
